About the Team
The team monitors the business on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, understanding changes in trend and reacting to the business to maximize sales and mitigate risk. The priority is to understand and enhance the guest experience through end-to-end execution that delivers profitable sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Regular review and tracking sales performance through creating timely and accurate weekly/ monthly sales report and analysis.
- Deploy effective stock replenishment, stock consolidation to maintain optimal stocks
- Closely work with HQ team and provide fully support on the system maintenance including item master, order upload, by store allocation.
- Keep track on the shipment status with sourcing team & warehouse capacity to secure
- delivery within schedule.
- Manage daily merchandise related tasks, such as defectives, wrongly shipped etc.
Requirements
- 3 years or above experience in Retail of Apparel and Footwear industry
- Sensitive of Business trend and strength of product knowledge
- High Diploma or above in Textile/Fashion Design, Business Management or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
- Expertise in negotiation, problem solving and multi-tasking
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel & Power Point) Working seniority and experience
- Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
