Qualifications & experience

• Secondary school diploma / equivalent or above
• Good command of Chinese and English, good at writing in both Chinese and English
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Basic experience in social media (FB, IG, Youtube, etc.) and web production
• Basic image and video production skills (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of Google Adwords, Instagram, Facebook Pixel
• Familiarity with online culture and terminology
• Sensitive to the market, creative, able to work independently, with good communication skills
• Working experience with pets is an advantage

Tasks & responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective advertising and promotion activities/marketing materials to enhance multi-brand image & product awareness
• Plan, organize and execute sales promotion on ATL & BTL channels
• Establish and maintain social media platforms and execute digital marketing strategies
• Conduct market research weekly and prepare brand sales performance report monthly
• Formulate evaluation reports on effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure accuracy of marketing message & promotion details
• To communicate with vendor for sampling and production
• Perform and handle other ad hoc projects as assigned
• To support sales and marketing activities
• Assist your superior in daily operation
