Marketing Officer - Communication Focused

Responsibilities:

- Assist and work closely with the manager to manage the media plan

- To work closely with vendors, not limited to copywriter, graphic designer and photographer, to develop the content, that are engaging and addressing our business needs

- Assist on the content, structure, customer experience in our owned media, which include website, social media and direct communication (eg EDM and DM)

- Update and maintain the brand website content

- To prepare promotion materials for advertising, including but not limited to online ads, print ad and flyers

- To consistently review and evaluate the media performance, so as to further increase the media efficiency

- Work with copywriter to develop direct marketing content such as DM, eDM, SMS

- Work closely with CRM team to develop the communication content for customer loyalty program

- Monitor the performance of each campaign and work closely with CRM team to identify target customer attribute and behaviour

- To work closely with Sales & Operation team on all in-store communications, include but not limited to POSM, printed collaterals, digital tools

Requirements:

- University graduate in Marketing & Communication, PR & Advertising or any relevant curriculum

- At least 2 years (for Officer) / 5 years (for Senior Officer) solid work experience in marketing communication, ideally with strong digital and social media experience

- Experience in automobile industry will be an advantage but NOT a must

- Good command in English and Chinese

- Self-motivated, creative thinking, detail-oriented and organized

- Strong logical thinking, and good in communications with all parties that are precise

- Good team player and eager to learn new things

- Able to work under pressure and quick turn around time
