Marketing Manager - Wine, Sake, Spirits

What you do:

• Devise and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and enhance customer loyalty. This encompasses traditional marketing channels as well as digital marketing platforms.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns, including market research, target audience identification, campaign concept development, and budget allocation. Monitor the performance of campaigns and optimize them for maximum return on investment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, advertising agencies, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure effective promotion of the company's products/services.
• Oversee the creation and production of marketing materials, such as brochures, advertisements, social media content, and promotional events, ensuring consistency with the brand image and messaging.
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations for future marketing strategies.

What you need:

• Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, marketing, e - commerce, or a related field.
• 2 years of relevant work experience in e-business management or marketing, preferably in a similar industry. Experience in leading teams is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments and stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing channels (such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing), and traditional marketing techniques.
• A creative and strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a drive to achieve business goals.
• High level of ownership on your assigned scope of work

• Wine / Sake / Whisky lover, WSET or related certificate is preferred
