Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Assist with marketing communications and PR projects for events & exhibitions
• Write up and edit marketing materials such as brochures, eDMs, press releases and speeches
• Identify partnership and maintain relations with media and influencers
• Coordinate production of marketing materials
• Assist with day-to-day maintenance of online/ social media management including content development & customer engagement initiatives
• Monitor industry trends and conduct market research
• Provide ad-hoc support for events and exhibitions
• Occasional travel may be required

Requirements:

• Degree in language, translation marketing communications or related disciplines
• 2 years of relevant working experience (preferably in event marketing or PR)
• Demonstrate knowledge and experience in social media platforms and digital advertising.
• Strong familiarity with photoshop and video editing software
• Responsible, Independent, creative, well-organized and attentive to details
• Multi-tasking and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written & spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Marketing Executive
• Immediate available is highly preferred
