Marketing Assistant/Executive

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Marketing Team in organizing and implementing marketing activities and promotion campaigns including online advertising, marketing events, marketing reports, eDM, brochures, etc.
• Assist in managing digital marketing channels including website and social media platforms.
• Assist in producing marketing materials including artwork development, content writing, web materials, etc.
• Participate in regular meetings, trade shows and other marketing events.
• Coordinate with external vendors (e.g. media, designer & production house) and internal stakeholders.
• Support daily operations and administration of the Business Facilitation Team.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above holder in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in marketing function, preferably in IT industry
• Recent graduates with exceptional profile is also welcome to apply
• Knowledge of digital media including website, social media, search engines
• Pleasant, creative and helpful personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and video editing software is a definite advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
