Marketing Assistant / Executive - Influencer Marketing

Objective of the Position:

Engage with English-speaking fashion, beauty and skincare influencers to build and reinforce YesStyle brand image. Creating impactful and creative marketing campaigns to engage with influencers & target audience. Establish a long-lasting relationship with influencers and be their first point of contact.

What You'll Do:

• Responsible for identifying and engaging with relevant influencers based in English-speaking countries including the United States, United Kingdom and Australia.
• Build and maintain strong and long-term partnerships with engaged influencers. 
• Study the local markets and competitors to give insight on how to gain a competitive advantage within the respective markets.
• Suggest and implement influencer marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and give more exposure to our influencer partners. 
• Be the main point of contact between YesStyle and influencers offering a unique experience and good service. 
• Prepare marketing reports and track various data metrics for influencers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to accomplish joint projects. 
• Brainstorm and suggest new and effective ways to grow the influencer collaboration.

What You Have:

• 1-3 years relevant working experience
• English speaking (native or fluent), additional European language skills will be a major plus. 
• Strong oral and written English communication skills
• Experience and knowledge of the influencer market and/or the beauty and fashion markets would be an advantage
• Marketing/Communication/PR degree or any related degree 
• Good business sense and numerically skills
• Social Media savvy (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram)
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Coordination skills and sense of priority
• Be a motivated and effective team player
• Fast learner and able to work independently 
• Open-minded and creative
• Possesses a strong interest in e-commerce websites, blogs, social media, and online marketing
• Dynamic and adaptable to a fast-paced growing industry
• Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Marketing Assistant
