Marketing and Operation Executive / Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist the operation manager to support all-round operational matters, including business development, shop openings, marketing, implementing policies and procedures etc.
• To carry out operation reports (e.g. budget & forecast) and provide customer service support, and be able to prepare the social media contents for marketing communications materials
• Responsible for the marketing of the company’s promotion and advertising campaign
• Develop and manage content and sales promotions for the company’s online platforms including a website, online shop and customer loyalty program
• Organize and coordinate the execution of the marketing campaign to optimize brand image
• Follow up the publicity materials and solicit potential sponsors and media partners for joint promotion opportunities
• Maintain the update on the website and social media
• Solve problems and analyze information accurately with appropriate speed
• Support in team-related administrative and logistics as required
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 1-2 year relevant experience, preferably in consumer products, entertainment or service industry
• Experience in POS system and SAP system is an advantage.
• Knowledge in social media channels will be an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English or Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, energetic, able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• 8 days off per month on roster basis which no more than 4 days off should be scheduled on weekend or public holidays
• Less experience will be considered as Marketing and Operation Assistant
• Candidate with short notice period or immediate availability is preferred
