Requirements:
-
Degree holder preferably in Property / Estate Management;
-
3 years’ managerial experience in property management, preferably in managing housing projects;
-
Hold the property management practitioner licence;
-
Strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented;
-
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
-
Hands-on experience in MS Office.
Job Duties:
-
Supervise and ensure a smooth operation of estate management, the team and out-sourced parties;
-
Manage the repair and maintenance of transitional housing projects;
-
Monitor compliance of tenancy requirements, arranging tenancy movements/changes and maintaining tenancy records;
-
Prepare budget and tenders for maintenance and alteration & addition works;
-
Develop best practice and guidelines on maintenance and implementation of environmental protection;
-
Assist in projects related to building management;
-
Outdoor work is required.
Working Hours: 44 hours per week and on shift (non-overnight)
Working Location: Sham Shui Po and Tseung Kwan O
