Manager (Property Management) M2-M2-THCS

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferably in Property / Estate Management;

• 3 years’ managerial experience in property management, preferably in managing housing projects;

• Hold the property management practitioner licence;

• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented;

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;

• Hands-on experience in MS Office.

Job Duties:

• Supervise and ensure a smooth operation of estate management, the team and out-sourced parties;

• Manage the repair and maintenance of transitional housing projects;

• Monitor compliance of tenancy requirements, arranging tenancy movements/changes and maintaining tenancy records;

• Prepare budget and tenders for maintenance and alteration & addition works;

• Develop best practice and guidelines on maintenance and implementation of environmental protection;

• Assist in projects related to building management;

• Outdoor work is required.

Working Hours: 44 hours per week and on shift (non-overnight)

Working Location: Sham Shui Po and Tseung Kwan O
