Manager, Human Resources (Ref: MHR/HRU/01/2024)

Human Resources Unit

Duties include: (1) manage and support the overall human resources operations, including recruitment and selection; compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, and employee relations / engagement; (2) formulate and implement annual training plan, coordinate and organize training activities and career development programmes; (3) design, promote and operate staff relationship and communication programmes; and (4) assist in the design and implementation of performance management, compensation and benefits systems.

Candidates should (a) have a Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related disciplines; (b) have at least five years of relevant work experience, preferably gained in the self-financed tertiary institutions; (c) be conversant with the Employment Ordinance and related legislations; (d) have good command of Chinese and English and proficiency in MS office applications; and (e) have good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
