Manager, Commercial Property Sales

Your key responsibilities

• Assist to formulate and implement real estate acquisition/ disposal strategies
• Carry out market research for commercial property acquisitions
• Track and update general investment trends and industry trends
• Liaise with agents for any potential acquisition opportunities and evaluate market values of properties
• Explore and identify potential buyers for disposal projects

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in real estate related disciplines
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in property research; with disposal and direct acquisitions experience in Commercial/ Real Estate sector is an advantage
• Outgoing personality with good negotiation and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• EAA License holder is an advantage
