Management Trainee

This is an entry level position of our Group. You will be exposed to opportunities to work in different teams within our diverse media business.  The program aims to guide and support you in building your industry knowledge and cultivating management capabilities through extensive training, project assignments, and other events.   We believe unleashing young talent’s potential is vital to our development and also serve as our commitment to the society.

Job Duties

• Reporting to the General Manager of Hong Kong BU, the Management Trainee will be deployed to various Media Sales Teams of different media, and work closely with the seniors.
• Deeply involve in the process of media campaign through extensive on-the-job training.  Focus on practical application and solution with opportunities to train up diverse skillsets
• Under the guidance of General Manager, assist to assess the performance of media campaign and formulate effective sales strategies.
• Exposure at media partners among Greater Bay Area, to formulate business growth for the group

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree or above from university in any discipline with GPA 3.0 or equivalent
• Fresh graduates & IANG visa holder welcome
• Candidates with Mainland China background is preferred
• Innovative, self-motivated and good team player with positive attitude
• Able to complete job assigned independently on timely basis
• Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills with strong logical thinking
