Management Associate (Accounting / Finance)

Program Overview
Management Associate Program is designed for nurture high caliber fresh graduates for K. Wah Construction Materials.  It is a 2-year intensive and comprehensive program focusing on Accounting / Finance which brings you various opportunities to develop the project management skills, gain PRC exposure and pursue your career development in Construction Materials industry and become a future leader within our Company.

The Management Associate Program aims to provide management associates with opportunities to gain all-round business exposure and also develop their management and functional competence. You will undertake various projects and deliver presentations/recommendations to the management in order to consolidate your learning.

Suitable candidates will be offered a structured development program covering a wide range of training opportunities through workshops, assignments, project exposure, mentoring, performance reviews and management presentations.  This program will also provide you with a taste of the business diversity and prepare you for future challenges.  After the 2-year job rotation among various business functions, you will have a final placement at a designated department/business unit.

Requirements 

• Recent university graduates of any disciplines, preferably in Business Administration / Accounting / Finance / Economics or related discipline;
• Graduates with no more than 2 years of working experience in audit, accounting or finance will also be considered
• Eager to seize every opportunity to learn and keep interest stoked;
• Independent, articulate and results-oriented, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Possess pleasant and outgoing personalities, along with an analytical mindset
• Good interpersonal, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese and spoken Putonghua
