About the Role
Join Globe-Trotter, a British luxury heritage house celebrated for crafting artisanal luggage for royalty, world leaders, and discerning globetrotters for over a century. We are seeking a Full-Time Sales Executive who embodies refined service, exceptional storytelling ability, and the confidence to engage VIP clients in an intimate luxury retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver personalised luxury experiences — Engage clients with authentic and captivating storytelling of Globe-Trotter’s heritage, craftsmanship, and bespoke services.
Cultivate VIP relationships — Proactively build and maintain a loyal client portfolio, ensuring remarkable service before, during, and after each purchase.
Drive boutique performance — Achieve and exceed sales targets while safeguarding the brand’s image and values.
Uphold boutique excellence — Oversee daily store operations, maintain impeccable store presentation, and ensure smooth stock and inventory processes.
Support brand events — Assist in exclusive client appointments, private previews, and luxury event activations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury retail (fashion, jewellery, timepieces, leather goods or travel goods preferred).
Proven skills in VIP clienteling and the ability to engage with international high-net-worth individuals.
Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin (Cantonese a plus).
- Strong sense of style, cultural awareness, and familiarity with the expectations of luxury clientele.
- Self-motivated, mature, and an enthusiastic team player with polished communication skills.
