Responsibilities

• Order Tracking: Assist in tracking orders within the logistics process to ensure timely dispatch and smooth delivery to customers.

• Coordination & Communication: Maintain close communication with logistics companies, warehouses, and internal teams to coordinate delivery processes and resolve any issues.

• Data Management: Organize and record logistics data, generate regular reports, and help identify areas for process improvement in the supply chain.

• Problem Solving: Assist in handling returns, exchanges, and customer complaints to ensure high-quality logistics services and customer satisfaction.

• Process Optimization: Participate in optimizing supply chain processes and propose improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management is preferred.

• Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management processes, with basic data analysis skills.

• Proficient in using office software such as Excel and Word.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a strong team spirit.

• Responsible, adaptable to a fast-paced work environment, and capable of effectively resolving issues.
