Logistics & operation Senior Specialist

Job description :

1. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor

2. Provide support to ensure smooth daily operations related to logistics

3. Handling inbound shipping document and procurement  documents preparation such as PO, delivery note , packing list , delivery timelines etc .

4. Close coordination with customers , 3PL logistic provider , internal supply chain team about related logistic issues

5. Liaise with related parties , shipment arrangement independently

6. Consolidate and report daily operation data

7. Provide general administrative  support and system maintenance , including sku maintenance and promotion set up in system

8. Handle ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned

Requirement :

1. Higher diploma or above in BA , supply chain , procurement ,  quality assurance or related discipline

2. Minimum 2 years working experience preferable in Consumer goods  / Pharmaceutical  (but not a must )

3. Team player , sensitive to data , well organized and patient

4. Good interpersonal communication skills

5. Projficiency PC skills ms workds, excel and Chinese-word processing , knowledge of power BI is an advantage

6. Good command of both spoken and written Chinese / Eng / mandarin

7. Fresh gradute will also be considered
