Logistics Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external parties to integrate logistics with business systems and processes including order management, customer sales, transportation, etc.

• Manage inbound or outbound logistics operations including warehouse activities, safety performance, ensure comply with regulatory or standard procedure, etc.

• Develop, implement and review standard operation procedures and performance indicator

• Implement and maintain logistics system, monitor data accuracy and update, maintain process documentation, customer service logs, training or safety records

• Prepare report of inventory statistics and analysis, interpret data on logistics operations including availability, maintainability, reliability, supplier management and transportation, etc.

• Monitor inventory computations, physical counts of stock. Conduct stock take, investigate discrepancy of stock, spot and adjust errors

• Conduct cost estimation, forecasts and cost control

• Perform any ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics Management or related disciplines or related disciplines

• 8 years or above with exposure in FMCG / Food manufacturing industry, minimum 3 years at managerial grade

• Strong numeric sense and data analytical skills

• Familiar with ERP System and application in logistics and warehouse management

• Proficient in using MS Office

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
