Logistics Coordinator (Transcon Dept) (Fresh Graduates are also welcome)

The Job:

• To take order from customers on the trucking arrangement.
• To prepare required documentation timely and accurately in accordance with standard operating procedure (SOP) & Operational Process Standard (OPS).
• To handle packing & sorting of document for dispatching.
• To handle customer enquiries and complaints in good service manner.
• To assist in preparation of statistic reports for internal use and for customer’s needs.
• To take up additional tasks as required to meet the company’s needs.
   

The Qualifications:

• Tertiary education graduate(Asso/ HD/ Bachelor's Degree) with 1-2 years working experience in freight forwarding industry.
• Fresh graduates with positive attitude are also welcome.
• Good command of English and proficient in Mandarin
• Good PC knowledge.
• Independent, initiative and willing to learn.
• Good communication and customer service skill.

The Future:

Candidate for supervisory position.
