Logistics Clerk (from 25 Aug to 15 Dec 2025)

Job duties:

• Data Entry and Filing
• Follow up orders and arrange shipment bookings
• Handle export & import declarations
• Documentation relating to customer orders
• Assist in daily Logistics operations, including receiving, storing, labelling, handling shipping, preparing orders for delivery, and customs clearance
• Maintain all asset inventory records for the site and conduct regular reporting
• Ad hoc tasks assigned by the Supervisor

Requirement:

• DSE or above
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Logistics Operations
• Self-motivated, attention to detail, well organized
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Good command of Cantonese
• Fair English & Mandarin

Working period:  25 Aug 2025 to 15 Dec 2025

Working time: Mon to Fri (9 am to 6 pm) and Alt Sat
