Logistic Officer / Logistic Manager

Job Description      

• Ensure safety at work by liaising for regular vehicle maintenance and enforcing proper work procedures
• Supervise and execute daily delivery by routing and scheduling vehicles and delivery teams / Drivers’ activities, and coordinating with customers
• Responsible for smooth and efficient daily operations in the warehouse
• Assist in the products incoming / order picking / truck loading
• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end logistics process, ensuring timely delivery of products and equipment to clients
• Plan and schedule shipments while optimizing routes and delivery schedules for maximum efficiency
• Oversee warehousing, inventory control, and stock management processes to maintain accurate records and stock levels
• Handle purchasing duties, including sourcing, negotiating with suppliers, and placing orders for equipment and materials
• Address and resolve logistical challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
• Plan and schedule inbound and outbound shipments
• Perform any other duties as assigned
• Working Location in both Lai Chi Kok and Yuen Long

Requirements

• Degree or above in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience
• Holder of valid Hong Kong driving license classes 1 and 2 is a must; classes 18 and/or 19 would be an advantage
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Self-motivated, independent, can handle complicated issues with flexibility and able to adopt in a fast-paced industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in Cantonese, Good in English and Putonghua
• Supervise and execute daily delivery
• Responsible for daily operations in the warehouse
