Link REIT is seeking talented and driven individuals to join our eminent Management Associate Programme. This is a fast-paced, 2-year rotational program designed to develop the next generation of our leadership team. You'll gain invaluable experience across various functions within our organisation, with rotations spanning various relevant departments.

For the 2024 intake we are seeking early career professional with over 2 years of work experience that are looking to develop their career in one of the below functions.

• Asset Management
• Capital Transactions
• Finance
• Human Resources
• Investment
• Sustainability

Who We're Looking For:

• Strong Academic & Work Experience: Possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a strong academic record and at least 2 years of functional related full-time work experience.
• International Mindset: Thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and demonstrate a willingness to travel and relocate.
• Strong Analytical Skills: Adept at data analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
• Leadership Potential: Demonstrated leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and influence others.
• Team Player: Collaborative and possess a strong work ethic, thriving in both individual and team-oriented settings.
• Multilingual Fluency (an advantage):Fluency in additional languages, particularly those relevant to our regional operations, is a strong advantage.
