Kindergarten Teacher (Part-time/Full Time)

Smart Kids Anglo-Chinese Kindergarten 卓爾中英文幼稚園, under the management of The Tsimshatsui District Kaifong Association, is located in Tsim Sha Tsui District with complete facilities, including multipleclassrooms, indoor and outdoor activity venues. Our kindergarten aims to develop the best well-being for children in the community. We encourage creative development for children through interactive learning and games activities in our warm, lively and spacious school environment.

Responsibilities:

• Teach Chinese, English, and other subjects as well as providing comprehensive care to K1-K3 students
• Design and implement teaching plans to foster students' all-round development
• Develop and prepare lesson plans & teaching materials; design crafts & arrange classroom decorations
• Lead students in various learning activities to promote physical, mental, and social development
• Assist with all School matters and activities
• Evaluate students' performance and developmental progress
• Maintain an open communication with parents
• Adhere to teaching standards and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Qualified Kindergarten Teachers (QKT) or equivalent
• Possess Diploma or certificate in Foundation Studies for Higher Education and certificate in Early Childhood Education [C(ECE)]
• 5 passes in HKDSE/HKCEE (including Chinese, English and Mathematics)
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English; able to write Chinese and English
• Experience in teaching Chinese and/or English
• Experience in teaching non-Chinese speaking (NCS) children is a must
• Holding first aid certificate, and knowledge of music and arts will be an added advantage
• Be passionate, patient and flexible for early childhood education
• Must pass the "Sexual Conviction Record Check" and the "Basic Law and National Security Law" test
• Kindergarten teacher positions are available for both part-time (a.m.) and full-time candidates.
