Junior Video Editor & Social Media Coordinator

AGenius Productions Limited is a distinctive PR & Entertainment company based in Hong Kong.  Since our founding in 2018, we have specialized in delivering exceptional Event Management, PR Consultation, Digital Marketing, Project Investment, and Production services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Concept Development: Brainstorm and develop creative story ideas for promotional and entertainment videos.
• End-to-End Production: Manage the production process, including filming, editing, and polishing videos for company campaigns and events.
• Content Publishing & Optimization:  Schedule and publish content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure all content is aligned with brand goals.
• Trend Integration: Incorporate current social media trends to maximize engagement.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate with a degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, or related field.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in editing software (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Basic knowledge of filming techniques, lighting and sound recording.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, YouTube Studio).
• Open & cheerful personality – must thrive in team settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptable, solution-oriented and work under tight deadlines.

Working Conditions:

• Occasional OT Required: Flexibility to support company events (commercial/entertainment activities), sometimes outside standard business hours.
