Role Purpose:
Are you passionate about products, international trade, and making things happen behind the scenes? As a Junior Merchandiser / Merchandiser Assistant, you’ll be part of a fast-paced international team driving end-to-end merchandising activities and supporting global sourcing and supply chain projects. What your day might look like:
- Dive into the full merchandising cycle – from sourcing and product development to offer and supplier management
- Responsible for order follow-ups, prepare for buying trips, handle samples, and manage our showroom
- Work directly with overseas suppliers and customers to keep operations running smoothly
- Collaborate with internal teams like Packaging, Quality Assurance and Logistics, plus external service providers to ensure quality products and timely shipments
- Keep our supply chain system updated with accurate order status and product info
Who we’re looking for:
- Curious about international trade and merchandising – or already have some experience
- Open-minded, eager to learn with willingness to bring about change
- Energetic to drive for customer success and excellent service
- Take ownership and work independently with confidence
- A natural problem-solver with strong negotiation skills and sensitive with numbers
- Enjoy working with people and have strong interpersonal skills
- Open to travel when needed
Experience, knowledge and skills required:
- A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field
- At lease 2 years of merchandising experience – EU market experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
