IT Technical Support Staff

Requirements :

• Completed Form 5 / HKCEE or Form 6 / HKDSE or above
  
• Have a Higher Diploma or above in IT related discipline or equivalent
  
• Good technical skills and good language skills

• System and Platform Administration: Oversee server systems, network hardware, and management of platforms
  
• Device and Equipment Management: Handle mobile devices, microphones, and other devices, including setup for school events
  
• Technical Maintenance: Maintain servers, PCs, tablets, broadband, and Wi-Fi facilities
  
• Training and Support: Train Student IT and AV Teams, mark multiple-choice questions, and provide technical support
