IT Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for set up, maintenance and configuration of IT infrastructure includes network, Window servers, security systems and hardware
• Perform day-to-day Help-desk support to users, both onsite and remote basis
• Investigate, diagnose and troubleshoot IT related problems
• Perform routine IT operations including system monitoring/ administration, logs review and data backup
• Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors/ contracts to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Work with external vendors for hardware and software evaluation and procurement
• Assist in stock keeping and control of equipment inventory record
• Assist in Roadshow WiFi and Laptop / Printer device support
• Assist in Copy machine network support
• Assist in E-Mail/ operation system account creates and management
• Assist in execution of IT Projects (BMP(OA)/POS/SAP) as required
• Management CCTV (office/warehouse/shop) site
• Management IT vendor
• Management domain name account and zoom software about overall software license renew
• Management VMware 8.x system platform

 
Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above in Computer Studies, Computer Science or related disciplines
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure administration and/or IT support services
• Hands-on experience in supporting end-users in a Windows environment
• Familiar with SAP (POS/BPM(OA) System is an advantage
• Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

• Immediately available is highly preferred
