IT Technical Support

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Computing related disciplines
• 2-3 years relevant experience in IT operation and user support
• Solid experience in Windows Server application and maintenance
• Experience in system support, networking and configuration
• Self-motivated, energetic, team player with good interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and fair in spoken Putonghua
• Immediate available is a great advantage

Responsibilities

• Perform daily IT tasks including servers, network, system and security backup
• Handle user account setup, software & hardware installation and maintenance
• Support on regular monitoring for the stability and safety of server and network
• Troubleshoot IT technical problems and perform regular system check & upgrade
• Work closely with IT service providers on license renewal and ad hoc projects
