IT System Engineer

Responsibilities:

Manage all network service, IT equipment and infrastructure

Provide hardware and software Service Desk support to users

Assist IT project implementation, liaise with internal users and external vendors

Daily system backup, report generation and distribution

Identify for improvement in existing information technology and operational systems and processes

Occasional Business trip to PRC is required

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent

Minimum 2 years PC/network support related working experience is preferred

Hands-on experience in Microsoft Windows server, MS Office, MS SQL server and E-Mail Server

Hands-on experience in router, switch, firewall and VPN configuration

Good computer skills in Microsoft product

Ability to work independently, proactively and positively

Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
