IT Support

• 5-day works ︱ Public Holidays ︱ Medical & Dental Coverage
• Diploma or above in IT
• 1 year relevant working experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide helpdesk support and solutions to users
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting on network, system, hardware, software and application systems
• Perform IT equipment administration
• Handle ELV and ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in IT or related disciplines
• 1 year working experience in technical support / helpdesk support (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• Basic knowledge in Server, PC, and LAN/WAN and networking equipment
• Good trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and good communication skills
