IT Support Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and motivated IT Support Engineer familiarize the Microsoft 365 Administration, and Tier 1 & 2 Support to our join dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, a strong customer service orientation, and a proven track record of success in managing and maintaining Microsoft 365 environments.

Job Description

• Provide technical support to end-users at head office and our project sites, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to hardware, software, and maintain network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, WIFI and routers.
• Manage and maintain our Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, End Point Security and Power Platform.
• Manage and maintain servers and storage systems, including backups and disaster recovery.
• Liaise and coordinate with external vendors for procurement and maintenance of hardware/software.
• Handle IT Ops reports, prepare training materials for end-users, and deliver training as needed.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science/ Information Systems or in relevant disciplines, Degree holder would be an advantage.
• 2+ years of experience in IT support, with expertise in Windows 11 and Mac OS, Microsoft 365 and network connectivity, server and storage systems with backups and disaster recovery, remote access and VPN technologies.
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in a construction or fit out industry is an advantage.
