IT Specialist (Operations) (IT FG/VISA welcome, 2 years exp.)

Looking for a network-savvy tech professional who enjoys both infrastructure projects and hands-on support. This role combines enterprise network management (Huawei devices, VLANs, security) with end-user helpdesk duties.

Duties:

• Configure/maintain enterprise networks (VLANs, routing, security)
• Administer Azure AD/M365 and endpoint security
• Handle infrastructure projects (cabling, AV, server room)
• Provide advanced technical support and root cause analysis
• Manage IT assets and optimize service processes.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or above
• Some relevant working experience is acceptable, mainly focus on technical skills and office set-up sense
• Experience in set-up new office is a PLUS
• Eager to learn, Mandarin is MUST, English & Cantonese may be fluent
