Job Summary:

Key Focuses and Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects on a day-to-day basis, working with internal stakeholders, and external vendors to identity and deliver key MarTech implementations including CRM, eCommerce and mobile apps projects
  • Monitor and analyze MarTech performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement
  • Provide advice and guidance to the marketing team in leveraging MarTech to execute campaigns, automate processes, and drive data-driven decision-making
  • Keep abreast of the latest MarTech and AI / Machine Learning trends to enhance marketing capabilities

Key Requirements and Expectations:

  • Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in IT/ Digital project management
  • Solid experience in managing MarTech/ CRM/ eCommerce projects
  • Ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
  • Strong business acumen, open mind with good analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
