IT Operations Manager

About the role

We're looking for a passionate and accomplished IT Operations Manager to oversee the smooth and efficient running of our IT infrastructure and systems. Full-time position based in Kowloon Bay, you are responsible for ensuring the company's systems and applications are functioning efficiently to support the business and clients.

What you'll be doing

• Identify and troubleshoot IT-related issues, implementing timely and effective solutions.
• Monitor system performance and implement measures to optimize efficiency and reliability.

• Digital Infrastructure & Systems Management*

  • Managing the day-today operations and maintaining and securing IT systems (servers, networks, apps, web , software applications and databases).
  • Managing cloud storage and collaboration tools and cloud calendar.

  • Overseeing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for client data. 

• Data Security & Privacy Compliance*

  • Protecting sensitive data (contracts, financial records, personal info) from breaches.
  • Implementing cyber security measures (firewalls, encryption, access controls).
  • Prevent leaks, hacks, and unauthorized access (e.g., securing unreleased content).

• Digital Marketing & Social Media Support*

  • Managing websites, apps, and e-commerce platforms daily activities.

  • Supporting social media analytics tools to track engagement and audience growth. 

  • Assisting in content distribution (music, videos, podcasts) via digital platforms. 

• Event & Production Technology*

  • Managing ticketing systems, live-streaming tech, and virtual event platforms.
  • Event management and support.
  • Analyzing streaming and sales data to guide marketing strategies.

• Supporting and training staff on new software, cyber security best practices, and digital tools.

What we're looking for

• Immediate available preferred.
• Significant experience (12+ years) in IT operations management, ideally within a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. At least 5 years in manager role.
• Strong technical expertise in managing enterprise-level IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.
• Reliable and proven ability to deliver excellent support and solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Highly organised and attentive to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with all departments.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Flexible to deliver services in offices as well as in CEO premises.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in computer science, information technology or a related field.
• Occasionally travel when required.
