IT Officer (System Support)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software and Operating system problems, and replace defective components
• Coordinate with vendor to resolve problems and installation of application / device
• Provide telephone application support on various system
• Provide on call standby support after office hour

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 3 years relevant experience
• Knowledge of network, Windows OS, Mac OS, computer systems
• Good interpersonal skills, initiative, work independently
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
