IT Manager (IT & System)

Reporting directly to CEO, it’s a one-man-band role to start off with, aiming at building up internal IT team from scratch.  Key deliverables include setting up effective Operation Systems, launching of ERP system that fulfil the current and future needs of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop IT strategies and solutions aligned with business and operation goals, with a vision to support long term business growth and operational excellence.
• Source and implement ERP system, ensuring it meets the business expansion plan.
• Responsible for transformation across current vendor systems, data architecture, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity.
• Proactive problem solving by identifying obstacles systemic risks and provide sustainable solutions spanning technology, governance and operations.
• Establish and maintain robust frameworks/policies for IT governance, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships, review and negotiate contracts, ensure system stability and adherence to service level agreements.
• Provide IT support and training to internal teams, fostering a digitally enabled culture.
• Prepare and manage IT budget, ensuring cost effective resources allocation.
• Ad-hoc projects as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience, with a minimum of 3 years at supervisory level.
• Working experience in Logistics industry is highly preferred
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CITM, CPIT, CISSP would be advantageous.
• Experience in implementing ERP systems, ideally in supply chain related industries.
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) and cloud services.
• Hands-on project management experience, with analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Occasional travel required
