Job Responsibilities
- Provide helpdesk support for hardware & software, computer installation & setup, Email setup & support for computer or mobile device, basic printer setup & support (MS Office, mobile devices, etc.).
- Troubleshooting and problem solving for both IT Hardware and Applications in a timely manner. Escalate issue and involve experts whenever required in order to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
- Maintain IT asset and software licensing inventory and IT knowledge base.
- Manage network infrastructure, ensuring smooth connectivity and security across locations
- Assist in IT internal project(s) / maintenance according to Global IT teams’ direction.
- Complete related administrative paperwork and reports as necessary.
- Support business applications, overseeing email and internal systems to maximize efficiency
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions that meet business needs with project management skill
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
- High diploma in IT or related discipline. Equivalent work experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
- At least 2 years’ working experience in IT field and MNC work experience is highly preferred.
- Good experience with hands on user support, familiar with general desktop software e.g. MS Office, Windows, Mac, Networking
- Experience with Microsoft 365 products support such as Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint,
- Organize and independently priorities work and logically develop work plans.
- Self-motivation and team player with good attention to details.
- Positive, "can-do" attitude, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills and logical thinking mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Work effectively under pressure during peak operating periods.
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.
