IT Helpdesk Analyst (New) - International Law Firm

About the Firm:

The client is a well-respected international US law firm with 15+ offices globally. Ranked among the tier-one global law firms, they provide a stable and international working environment.

Job Scope:

• Provide 1st line of IT support to internal staff members in Hong Kong.
• Work alongside with other regional IT members to cover/support Asia offices
• Monitor and deal with queries logged in the firm’s IT ticketing system
• Provide software support; troubleshooting, setup and configuration of applications.
• Assists with hardware support such as setting up mobile, phone, laptop, computers for internal users
• Assist with setting up video conference for internal and external meetings
• Provide training and induction training for new joiners.
• Perform application and system testing
• Assist with other projects such as IT server or IT network/system projects when required

Requirements:

• 2 to 7+ years of IT helpdesk experience with another international corporation
• Good communication skills, problem solving skills and customer service skills
• Fluent in English, Mandarin/Cantonese  is a must
• Knowledge of working with MacOS and iOS devices is desirable
