IT Engineer , System infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Engineer to join our dynamic System Infrastructure team at Kaiser Fintech Group. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT systems and infrastructure. Your expertise will help ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our technology environment, supporting our mission to deliver innovative financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
• Strengthen cybersecurity by managing firewalls, access controls, and protocols aligned with fintech and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with BSS trading system vendors for system maintenance, upgrades, and migration projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT solutions that meet both business and regulatory needs.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams, fostering a culture of IT excellence.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies that enhance infrastructure while supporting regulatory obligations.
• Lead and contribute to IT projects, from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery.
• Administer Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online and Entra ID.
• Ensure infrastructure compliance with SFC and HKEX regulations; maintain IT policies, procedures, and user documentation.

Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of solid IT infrastructure management experiences in Financial Sector.

• Hands-on expertise in:

  • Enterprise servers, networking, and storage solutions (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, SAN/NAS).
  • Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid infrastructure.
  • Cybersecurity tools, firewalls, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues in regulated environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and fintech-specific regulatory requirements from SFC and HKEX is highly preferred.
