Key Responsibilities:
On-Site Supervision & Quality Control
Conduct frequent site visits to monitorsignage installation progress*, ensuring compliance with design specs and safety standards.
* Verify on-site measurements for signage placements, including wall/ceiling mounts and visibility requirements.
* Track factory production progress of custom signage (materials, finishes, fabrication timelines).
Vendor & Team Coordination
* Liaise between designers, fabricators, and contractors to resolve technical clashes (e.g., material substitutions, structural constraints).
* Source and procure signage-specific materials and hardware.
* Manage signage installation schedules, coordinating with interior/construction teams to avoid workflow disruptions.
Documentation & Problem-Solving
Maintain detailed records of signage approvals, shop drawings, and as-built documentation*.
* Troubleshoot on-site issues (e.g., mounting conflicts, lighting adjustments) with technical teams.
Requirements:
* Graduated in relevant disciplines, Advanced Diploma or above.
2+ years in signage/wayfinding project coordination (experience with*architectural signage or environmental graphics preferred).
* Technical knowledge of:
* Proficiency in AutoCAD / Illustator for reviewing technical drawings.
* Strong communicator (English, Cantonese, Mandarin) to interface with vendors and global clients.
* Immediate availability highly preferred.
