Interior Designer  ( Residential projects) :

Work Location : Residential Projects Department Office - Kwun Tong District

REQUIREMENT:

• Interior Designer at least 4 years of design experience in residential field, less experience can be considered as assistant designer.
• Assistant Interior Designer at least 2 year residential projects experience preferably.（salary: $19000-$23500)

• Must to use Sketchup & AutoCAD.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp , Enscape, 3D Max and other relevant computer software.

• Excellent knowledge in  Photoshop, MS office, Illustrator, and PowerPoint.
• Diploma holder or above in interior design, architecture or related disciplines.
• Strong experience in space planning/conceptual design /sketching/technical coordination and drawing production.
• Self-motivated, detail-minded, good design sense and presentation skills.
• On site experience is preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese

JOB DUTIES:

• Handle full set of drawings (AutoCAD, SketchUp) and presentation.
• Must to use Sketchup 3D model and rendering.
• Project Management, collaborating with clients independently.
• Managing Residential projects from design to construction period.
• Site supervision to ensure project quality and progress.
• Achieve multi-task under deadlines.
• Capable and responsible for handling clients with good customer service attitude
