Information Technology Officer

• Higher Diploma or above in IT related disciplines
• Provide end-to-end support of system testing, troubleshooting and main
• Experience in HR and Accounting System implementation

We are looking for high caliber candidate to coordinate our upcoming IT system or project enhancement:

 Responsibilities:

• Assist in full project development cycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate service requirements into IT service solutions.
• Work with development team / vendor to design, develop, implement and test new features for IT service solution.
• Provide end-to-end support including system testing, troubleshooting and maintenance support to ensure a smooth operation of IT systems.
• Monitor project progress and co-ordinate with various stakeholders for necessary resources.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in IT or related disciplines is preferred; candidates who are willing to pursue the qualification are welcomed.
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience.
• Expenience in HR and Accounting System implementation / Chatbot / Microsoft Power Platform development / UiPath RPA or VMware are welcom.
• Positive, proactive and high learning agility.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
