I.T. Support / I.T. Officer

Responsibilities

• To support in IT projects development, implementation, system testing, documentation, maintenance and perform configuration
• To perform routine I.T. operations and resolve IT-related inquiries and issues on time
• To provide end user trainings and support
• Any other duties as required

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma in Computing / I.T. or related disciplines
• 3 years relevant experience with knowledge of network and server operations
• Strong technical skills in hardware support for laptops, desktops, smart devices, etc.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is preferable
• Well-organized, mature, great sense of responsibility with good team spirits
• Occasional business trip is required
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as I.T. Officer
