Human Resources Management:
-
Participate in the formulation and updating of human resources policies and procedures, maintain and update employee handbooks

Responsible for the recruitment process, including posting positions, screening resumes, organizing interviews and participating in hiring decisions

Employee entry and exit, maintain employee files, and ensure that all documents and records comply with legal and regulatory requirements

Organize and coordinate internal activities and employee assessment

Manage employee relations, including handling employee consultations, complaints and conflict resolution.

Other human resources related matters
Operation Management:
-
Lead and manage HR & Operation team with guidance and support

Oversee daily office operations, including facility management, material procurement and office maintenance

Organization of company events and meetings to ensure the smooth progress of the events

Responsible for budget planning and cost control, and optimize expenses
-
Responsible for vehicle management and coordination arrangements
-
Responsible for travel coordination arrangements
-
Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
-
Bachelor degree in HR management, administration or related fields.
-
At least 5 years of experience in human resources or administration, including at least 2 years in management positions.

Familiar with Hong Kong's labour laws and human resources practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Strong organizational and project management skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Words)

Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese. Japanese will be preferable
