職位描述

Human Resources Management:

  • Participate in the formulation and updating of human resources policies and procedures, maintain and update employee handbooks

  • Responsible for the recruitment process, including posting positions, screening resumes, organizing interviews and participating in hiring decisions

  • Employee entry and exit, maintain employee files, and ensure that all documents and records comply with legal and regulatory requirements

  • Organize and coordinate internal activities and employee assessment

  • Manage employee relations, including handling employee consultations, complaints and conflict resolution.

  • Other human resources related matters

 

Operation Management:

  • Lead and manage HR & Operation team with guidance and support

  • Oversee daily office operations, including facility management, material procurement and office maintenance

  • Organization of company events and meetings to ensure the smooth progress of the events

  • Responsible for budget planning and cost control, and optimize expenses

  • Responsible for vehicle management and coordination arrangements

  • Responsible for travel coordination arrangements

  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in HR management, administration or related fields.

  • At least 5 years of experience in human resources or administration, including at least 2 years in management positions.

  • Familiar with Hong Kong's labour laws and human resources practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Words)

  • Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese. Japanese will be preferable
