職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Performing all-round the Group’s HR functions including recruitment, C&B administration, tax reporting, employee relations, performance management.
  • Manage and process daily tasks such as handling the on-boarding process, payroll and employee income tax calculation & processing, and employee medical and insurance claims, etc. 
  • Assist in planning, implementing and monitoring HR related policies, procedures and workflows to achieve operational efficiency
  • Develop annual Organization structuring, HR strategies and budget planning
  • Support company events and staff activities
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • High Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years' relevant experience with 3 years in managerial capacity, preferably with experience in fashion retail
  • Good knowledge of HK employment ordinances and HR practices
  • Knowledge in Singapore, China & Macau Employment Ordinance would be advantage
  • Knowledge in Retail Operation/Retail Admin is an advantage
  • Detail-minded and well-organized with strong numerical sense
  • Independent, Flexible, Self-motivated, Positive & multi-tasking
  • Good command of both English and Chinese
  • Able to work effectively in a matrix environment
