Hong Kong Parkview is inviting high caliber applicants for the following position:-

Responsibilities:

• Handle all reservations and inquiries.
• Welcome arriving guests, escorting and seating all arriving guests.
• Assist in beverage service upon their arrivals.
• Able to handle room service orders properly.
• Assist restaurant staff during peak hours.
• Maintain and update daily records and statistics for the filing of all relevant memoranda and correspondences.
• Prepare restaurant seating plan and allocates tables accordingly.

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma in food and beverage / hospitality management.
• Minimum 1 year experience in an international class hotel or well-established clubhouse.
• At least 1 year experience in a similar capacity.
• Flexible and adaptable to different working locations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good command of spoken Chinese and English.
• Computer knowledgeable.

Working hours: 10 hours per day including 1 hour meal break

Time: 11:00 am - 9:00 pm
