Job Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls.
  • Resolve, manage and escalate problems logged with the Helpdesk system.
  • Deal with internal contacts, external vendors/contractors and customers effectively.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with our business representatives.
  • Ensure all relevant data is obtained on each call through appropriate questioning, quickly securing, understanding of issues and accurate recording.
  • Handle after-call activities.
  • Liaise with technicians and contractors in order to prioritise calls.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in customer service role.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
  • With working experience in a similar commercial sector is preferable.
  • Team player & strong interpersonal skill.
  • Good time management, planning and organising ability.
  • Adaptable to fast-paced environment.
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese).

Hours of Work

  • Roster based, 4 days On and 2 days Off.
  • Shift Duties, 08:00-22:00, 9 hours a day, may need to work in Mon to Sun.
  • When working in public holidays alternate leave will be arranged.
