Job Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls.
- Resolve, manage and escalate problems logged with the Helpdesk system.
- Deal with internal contacts, external vendors/contractors and customers effectively.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with our business representatives.
- Ensure all relevant data is obtained on each call through appropriate questioning, quickly securing, understanding of issues and accurate recording.
- Handle after-call activities.
- Liaise with technicians and contractors in order to prioritise calls.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in customer service role.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
- With working experience in a similar commercial sector is preferable.
- Team player & strong interpersonal skill.
- Good time management, planning and organising ability.
- Adaptable to fast-paced environment.
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese).
Hours of Work
- Roster based, 4 days On and 2 days Off.
- Shift Duties, 08:00-22:00, 9 hours a day, may need to work in Mon to Sun.
- When working in public holidays alternate leave will be arranged.
