Head of Store Design & Planning, Interior Design - Luxury Retail

We are seeking a Head of Store Design & Planning to lead the store design for the global retail branches. This role is pivotal in shaping and maintaining a consistent brand image through innovative and high-quality interior design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility of store design & planning for all retail stores and report to the COO
• Lead a team of 5 to develop and enforce design standards across all locations.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, including design, on-site construction, budget planning and approvals, and quality control.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners

Qualifications:

• Higher Diploma or above in Interior Design
• Minimum 15 to 20 years of experience in interior design with managing experience
• Experience in managing store design & planning with high-end retail
• Good command of English and Chinese, including Mandarin (spoken and written)
