We are looking for the key talents to join our team, a passionate and high-performing member that drives our service and platform to a better level. You will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing a strategic sales plan to achieve company targets and objectives
• Leading and motivating a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets, KPIs and objectives
• Implementing and improving sales processes, methodologies, and tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
• Monitoring and tracking sales performance against targets, providing regular updates and reports to senior management
• Identifying and exploring new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and expand the customer base
• Monitoring market trends, emerging technologies, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies and stay ahead
• Maintaining key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives and deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Preparing and presenting sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for business growth

You are required to have:

• Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the IT industry, preferably with a focus on blockchain and security service
• Strong understanding of the IT landscape, market dynamics, and emerging technologies
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, inspiring sales team to achieve targets
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering win-win solutions for the company and clients
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
