Responsibilities:

  • Oversee kitchen operations to ensure high food quality and production standards.
  • Monitor food taste, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Manage food costs, procurement, and inventory for efficiency and profitability.
  • Create innovative dishes that attract diners and align with culinary trends.
  • Adapt to market trends and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Assess and enhance kitchen processes regularly.
  • Lead and motivate the kitchen team effectively.
  • Work with the events team to coordinate catered events.
  • Encourage a problem-solving mindset within the team.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Korean Cuisine.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and cuisine.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control and cost management.
  • Understanding of food safety regulations.
  • Innovative mindset with a global perspective.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with strong team spirit.
  • Local Koreans are welcome
