Guest Services Officer - Fine Dining Restaurant

• Responsibilities
• Greet and serve customer and provide quality service
• Handle all kinds of reservations and customer’ enquiries
• Greet all the guests pleasantly
• Handle walk in customers enquiry and seats arrangement
• Assist to ensure a smooth operation within the restaurant
• Ad hoc support that assigned by Operations Manager

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines
• Preferably with 1 year or above Frontline / Receptionist / Guest Service working experience in F&B industry, experience in restauarant receptionist is a plus
• Outgoing and pleasant personality, customer-oriented
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese
• Pay attention to details
• Positive attitude and professional manner
• Immediate available is an advantage
